Dothan Alabama Personal Injury and Accident Lawyers Aaron Gartlan of Gartlan Injury Law settled a lawsuit at mediation just prior to trial in an automobile wreck case on behalf of a good, honest, Alabama husband and wife with the insurance company of the other driver for the husband and with their own insurance company for the wife for underinsured motorist coverage. The car crash occurred as a result of the negligent or wanton conduct of the other driver resulting in bodily and personal injury, pain, suffering and mental anguish to the Alabama husband and wife. The automobile wreck case had been referred to the Gartlan Injury Law by another attorney after that attorney attempted to negotiate a settlement without filing a lawsuit.

The Gartlan Injury Law filed the lawsuit which alleged negligent and wanton conduct on the part of the other driver and named the husband and wife’s insurance company as a party in an effort to recover underinsured motorist coverage on their behalf. The Gartlan Injury Law was able to recover the insurance policy limits of the driver that caused the automobile collision on behalf of the wife. Then, after preparing for trial and just prior to the trial date at mediation, a successful settlement was also reached with the insurance company of the other driver on behalf of the husband and with their own insurance company for underinsured motorist coverage on behalf of the wife.

The Gartlan Injury Law would like to thank the family, friends, clients and colleagues that have bestowed their faith in us by making a recommendation or a referral to someone they care about in need of help after an accident or an injury.
