Dothan Alabama Personal Injury and Accident Lawyers David Hogg and Aaron Gartlan of Gartlan Injury Law recently settled an automobile wreck case on behalf of a good, honest, Alabama woman for the insurance policy limits available with State Farm. State Farm was also the insurance company of the other driver, in this incident. The wreck occurred as a result of the negligent or wanton conduct of the other driver, resulting in bodily injury, pain suffering and mental anguish to the Alabama woman.

The car wreck case had been referred to the Gartlan Injury Law by another attorney after that attorney attempted to negotiate a settlement without filing a lawsuit. The statute of limitations was fast approaching. Therefore, the Gartlan Injury Law filed the lawsuit which alleged negligent and wanton conduct on the part of the other driver and continued trial preparation, which consisted of interrogatories and requests for production of documents, as well as gathering the important documents and records necessary to help prove the damages in the case and investigating the witnesses. Doctors’ depositions were set when the policy limits offer was made.

The Gartlan Injury Law is still pursuing an underinsured motorist case on her behalf and a personal injury case on behalf of her husband, who was also involved in the motor vehicle collision.

The Gartlan Injury Law would like to thank the family, friends, clients and colleagues that have bestowed their faith in us by making a recommendation or a referral to someone they care about in need of help after an accident or an injury. This is the foundation our law firm.
